I stopped off on my journey. A picnic is what I had. It wasn’t really a picnic because no one wanted to go with me. Thankfully, the ants were there, so I had some company. The food was good, but I ate alone. The games were fun, but I played alone. Other people showed off their family, but I had no one to show off. Others shared a laugh with their friends, but I could only sigh. Thankfully, the bees were there, every now and then I heard them buzz.

Why didn’t Arlene call me back?
